Victoria Thomas has over a decade of experience in customer experience and success management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience in Finance at Advanced since April 2013. Victoria has progressed through multiple leadership roles, including Head of Customer Experience, Customer Success Team Manager, Customer Success Manager, and Support Team Manager. Prior to this, Victoria worked as a Credit Control Manager at Lavazza from May 2010 to April 2013, bringing a solid financial background to the customer experience sector.
