Kelly Sanders has a diverse range of work experience in the field of talent acquisition. Kelly most recently served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Atlas, a nationwide leader in civil engineering and geotechnical consulting services. Prior to that, they worked as a Regional Recruiting Manager at Atlas and as a Talent Acquisition professional at Quintegra Resourcing. Kelly has also held roles at Golfsmith International, SAM, LLC, Marsh & McLennan, Surveying And Mapping, Inc., ReSearch First, Inc., Independent, and Talent Tree, where they gained valuable experience in recruiting and research.
