Lisa Theunissen

Lisa Theunissen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lisa started their career as a Job Cost Accountant at Quadrant Homes in 1997 and later became an Accounting Supervisor. In 2002, they joined Tibbett & Britten as a Site Controller/Accounting Manager, where they oversaw corporate accounting and financial reporting. Lisa then moved on to Regency Centers in 2004, initially as a Senior Manager in Development Accounting & Reporting and later as a Vice President in Financial Services. At Regency Centers, they gained a reputation for turning around struggling teams and successfully expanded their responsibilities to other regional offices. In 2013, Lisa joined ThinkHR as the Director of Finance, where they built and oversaw financial operations and implemented software tools. Lisa closed a $1M line of venture debt funding and played a significant role in cleaning up accounting records. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at Lennar as the Vice President of Finance, overseeing various areas such as financial accounting, analysis, reporting, SOX compliance, and operations. Currently, Lisa holds the position of Director of Financial Systems at Atlas since 2023.

Lisa Theunissen received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington State University in 1997. In 2009, they obtained an MBA degree in Strategic Management from Saint Mary's College of California.
