Vinod Mathew

Vinod Mathew has extensive experience in the banking and finance industry, currently serving as the Head of Growth for Enterprise & Government Business at OneBanc since April 2022, focusing on personalization algorithms and automation in employee banking solutions. Prior to this role, Vinod held multiple senior positions at Kotak Mahindra Bank from September 2007 to April 2022, initially as VP and later advancing to Executive Vice President, overseeing Corporate Salary operations. Earlier career highlights include leadership roles at Dawnay Day AV and ICICI Bank, as well as business development experience at Nestlé. Vinod Mathew holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai, a DBM in Marketing from Xavier Institute of Management and Research, and completed a Management Development Programme in Strategic Leadership at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.
