Kaitlin Desautels

Kaitlin Desautels serves as a Customer Success Manager at OneCause, a position held since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Social Media Manager at the Children's Literacy Center, where management of multiple digital platforms and website development was key, and as a Business Assistant at Mesquite Creek Outfitters, focusing on social media content and advertising. Kaitlin also held leadership positions, such as Vice President Finance at Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women, overseeing financial management and budget monitoring. Additional experience includes work as a Business Development Consultant and College Financial Representative, alongside customer service roles at Bed Bath & Beyond and Fuzzy's Taco Shop. Currently pursuing a Master's in Management at Troy University, Kaitlin holds a Bachelor of Innovation in Marketing from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
