Sierra Donovan

Sierra Donovan has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to the present. Sierra started as a Sales Associate at Guess? in September 2011 and then moved to ANN INC. as a Sales Associate from October 2012 to January 2013. Sierra then joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Trainee from June 2013 to January 2014, followed by a promotion to Assistant Manager from January 2014 to August 2014. Sierra worked as an Oral care sales representative at Johnson & Johnson (inVentiv health) from November 2014 to February 2016. Sierra then joined Bausch + Lomb as a Vision Care Territory Manager from February 2016 to August 2017. Most recently, Sierra has been working at OneCause since August 2017, starting as an Area Sales Manager, then became an Area Director from May 2019 to January 2021, and currently holds the position of Regional Sales Director starting from January 2021.

Sierra Donovan obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business and Trade from Caldwell University, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Sierra further pursued their education at Saint Peter's University from 2012 to 2013, focusing on International Business and Trade.
