Martin Flick

Martin Flick is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Onecom Group since February 2021. Under Martin's leadership, Onecom has grown to become the UK’s largest independent business telecommunications provider, supporting over 500,000 corporate users. Martin also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Olive Communications UK, a rapidly growing managed cloud communications provider focused on simplifying services for businesses. Prior roles include Sales Director at Azzurri Communications, where Martin managed various leadership responsibilities, and Managing Director at Axxent Voice & Data, a startup that provided mobile and telephony services. Martin began a successful sales career at Copyforce plc, ultimately becoming New Business Sales Director. Education was completed at Henry Thornton School from 1979 to 1984.
