James Shen

James Shen has been in the technology industry for 10 years, beginning in 2009 as a Software Engineer at Shanghai Bank. In 2010, they joined Hua Qing as a Senior Project Manager and Senior Software Engineer, where they led product design for wealth advisory platform upgrade and innovation, and succeeded in CitiGold Financial Planning, Citi AIA Integration and Citi GoToCommon journey. In 2016, they moved to Singtel as the Head Of Service Delivery, leading product design and project management for Smart Account Opening System and Anti-Money Laundering System, and completing product delivery for multi-banks. Since 2018, they have been working as the Project Director at OneConnect Smart Technology, leading the product design and product management of credit loan platform and payment gateway for Virtual Bank projects, and participating in bank ecosystem business flow design.

James Shen attended Shanghai University of Engineering Science from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering. In July 2018, they earned a certification from the Project Management Institute, named "shenweifeng".
