Tiankai (Kai) G. has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2006 with JRI Solutions Ltd, where they worked as a Supervisor/AVP. In 2006, they also began working at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation in the same role. From 2012 to 2018, Kai worked at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ as a Senior Project Manager/Advisor (VP/调查岗), where they were responsible for program/project management, infrastructure & network, IT governance, risk & info. security, and FinTech (cloud & virtualization, blockchain, etc.). In 2018, they began working at WorldFirst as Head of IT Operations (China) (Director/中国区技术总监). In 2019, they became JV CTO (SBI OneConnect Japan) at both OneConnect Financial Technology and SBI Securities. Currently, Kai is a Director/Sr. Architect/JV CTO at OneConnect Smart Technology.

Tiankai (Kai) G. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Information Engineering from Tongji University between 2002 and 2006. Since then, they have obtained several certifications, including CDPSE from ISACA in April 2021, CISP (China National Certified Information Security Specialist) from ITSEC in November 2017, Certified China Banking Professional - Risk Management in November 2014, Project Management Professional (PMP)® from Project Management Institute in December 2012, Certified Information Systems Auditor® (CISA) from ISACA in May 2018, COBIT® 5 Foundation and COBIT® 5 Implementation from APMG International in August 2017, and Banking AML Certified Professional from PBOC.
