Randa Al-Baker

Randa Al-Baker has extensive experience in business coaching and mentoring, as well as entrepreneurship development. Starting in 2017, they served as a Business Development Manager for Tuteme, an online tutoring platform. Randa contributed to the platform's early stages, including business model validation and customer generation through strategic planning and executing various business development activities.

In 2018, Randa worked as a Coach/Consultant for Superiors ICT & Innovation Center, a fast-growing startup focused on providing technology solutions. Their role involved renovating the company's business model, setting development plans, and providing guidance on marketing tools and sales goals.

Randa also worked as a Small Business Development Trainer for CARE International in Jordan in 2018 and as a Business Development Consultant for SitatByoot, a social enterprise promoting women's home-based handicraft businesses, in 2018-2019. In both roles, Randa developed strategies, managed funding opportunities, and created capacity-building programs.

From 2019 to 2020, Randa served as a Business Coach for Eureka Tech Academy, where they provided training and coaching sessions to entrepreneurs on topics such as business modeling and planning.

In 2019, Randa founded Startovia, a business coaching platform aimed at providing support and guidance to early-stage entrepreneurs. Randa managed a team that provided mentoring and coaching sessions, as well as training for more than 150 entrepreneurs in Jordan and the Middle East.

In 2020, Randa briefly worked as the Chief Operating Officer for Baaz, Inc., before transitioning to a role as a Business Mentor for Jusoor, a position they currently hold.

Most recently, in 2022, Randa joined Oneday as the Head of Mentorship.

Randa Al-Baker has a diverse education history. In 2007, they began their studies at The Hashemite University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering in 2013. In 2015, Randa attended Leipzig University, where they completed the Certified SME's Innovation Manager Training Program in Innovation Management.

Continuing their educational journey, Randa attended the Cambridge Education Group for a Mini MBA in Business Administration in 2017. Most recently, in 2021 and 2022, they pursued a Master's degree in International Entrepreneurship and Management at the University of Southampton.

In addition to their formal education, Randa holds several certifications. Randa obtained an IELTS certification from the British Council in March 2021. Randa also obtained a Duolingo Italian Fluency certification (estimated as Elementary level) from Duolingo in March 2016 and August 2015.
