Gabe Bensimon

Gabe Bensimon's work experience begins in 2014 as an Account Manager at Trane, where they worked until 2018. Gabe then moved on to become a National Account Executive at Trane from 2018 to 2020, followed by the role of Sr. National Account Executive from 2020 to 2021. In 2019, Gabe also served as a Venture Analyst at USC Marshall Venture Fund. Currently, Gabe is the Chief Executive Officer at OneDegree Careers, a role they started in 2021. Additionally, they are also the Chief Executive Officer at Recruiting Karma since 2023. Gabe is also a Co-Founder & Investor at Silicon Beach Investment Group since 2020.

Gabe Bensimon pursued their education at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. Later, they furthered their studies at USC Marshall School of Business and successfully completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) program.
