Claudia Aguilar

Claudia Aguilar is a seasoned professional in knowledge management and economic development, currently serving as a Consultora de gestión del conocimiento at One Earth Future Foundation for the PASO Colombia program since February 2024. Previously, Claudia held the role of Funds and Partnerships Manager and team leader at the same organization from November 2017 to August 2022, where Claudia managed alliances and operational processes for rural development in conflict-affected regions. With extensive experience as a researcher at Institución Universitaria Esumer from August 2008 to October 2017, Claudia specialized in territorial economic and business development projects. Additionally, Claudia contributed as a development agent at Corporación Promotora de Empresarismo Social and coordinated social entrepreneurship initiatives at the Federación Antioqueña de Organizaciones No Gubernamentales. Early career experience includes a practicum with Alcaldía de Medellín focusing on labor indicators. Claudia holds a degree in Economics from Universidad de Antioquia and a specialization in Prospective from Institución Universitaria Esumer.
