Jennifer L. Faverty

Jennifer L. Faverty has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jennifer L. started their career as a Deputy District Attorney at Mesa County District Attorney, where they successfully managed the prosecution of criminal cases. Jennifer L. was later promoted to County Court Deputy District Attorney. Jennifer then expanded their skillset by pursuing a Master of Laws degree in International Business Law and Globalization from Utrecht University. After completing their degree, they worked as a Legal Consultant at ANDERSON WALSH PLLC.

In 2011, Jennifer transitioned to the hospitality industry and joined Holland America Line as a Seasonal Youth Staff member, where they provided care and assistance to young passengers. Simultaneously, they gained experience in the field of restorative justice as a Facilitator & Senior Case Coordinator at Longmont Community Justice Partnership.

Jennifer entered the corporate world in 2014 and joined Alfalfa's Market, Inc as a Human Resources Specialist. Jennifer L. handled various HR responsibilities, including recruitment, employee relations, and legal research. Jennifer L. was promoted from an HR Assistant. During this time, they also served as a Social Media Manager for an undisclosed author.

Jennifer's most recent position is with the One Earth Future Foundation, where they have been employed since 2023. Jennifer L. began as an HR Recruiter and moved up the ranks to become the Human Resources Director. In this role, they serve as a professional HR partner for a multinational non-profit organization operating on a global scale.

Jennifer L. Faverty has a strong educational background in law and business. Jennifer L. obtained their B.A. in English from the University of Arizona in 2003. Afterward, they pursued their J.D. at the University of Idaho from 2003 to 2006, specializing in the field of Law. Continuing their education, they earned their L.L.M. in International Business Law and Globalisation from Utrecht University in 2011. In addition to their degrees, Jennifer has also obtained a certification in PHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
