Nathan Stottler is currently the Manager of Development at OneEnergy. Prior to this, they worked as a Graduate Policy Consultant at Guzman Energy, LLC from January 2020 to December 2020. There, they attended Colorado Air Quality Control Commission workgroups for developing utility Clean Energy Plan submission parameters, tracked dockets at the Colorado PUC relating to electric cooperative governance, renewable energy, and utility resource planning, compiled notes and reported on proceedings to Guzman staff to aid internal decision-making, and adapted to COVID-19 circumstances by pivoting their capstone project toward a self-guided research paper that could be completed in a remote setting while maintaining relevance to Guzman's work and adhering to the University of Colorado's capstone standards.
Before working at Guzman Energy, Nathan was a Project Manager at LAI Design Group from May 2018 to August 2019. Before that, they worked as a Designer at TBG Partners from July 2014 to May 2018. Nathan's first job was as a Natural Resources Intern at the Bureau of Land Management from May 2013 to August 2013.
Nathan Stottler has a Masters of the Environment from the University of Colorado Boulder in Environmental & Natural Resources Policy and Renewable & Sustainable Energy. Nathan also has a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design and Natural Resources Management from North Dakota State University as well as a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the same school. Nathan Stottler also participated in a summer study abroad program in London, GB at Middlesex University.
