Daniel Carp

Daniel Carp is an experienced product manager with a strong background in the FinTech and e-commerce sectors. Currently serving as a Product Manager at ONE since April 2022, Daniel joined after the merger of One Finance and Even. Prior roles include Senior Product Manager II and Senior Product Manager at Shift, where Daniel developed software tools to enhance nationwide document operations and expanded the company's delivery footprint. Previous experience encompasses product management at Gannett, contributing to a significant growth in digital subscribers, and a role at ESPN, where Daniel was instrumental in shaping the Direct-to-Consumer subscription service, ESPN+. Earlier internships with the Memphis Grizzlies, USA TODAY Sports Media Group, and Philadelphia 76ers provided foundational experience in analytics, content creation, and media relations. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Duke University.
