Joanna Fleming Albertine

Joanna Fleming Albertine currently serves as the Chief Accounting Officer at ONE, having joined in April 2023. Prior to this role, Joanna was the Senior Vice President and Controller at Cross River from December 2019 to April 2023, where management of a 30-member Controllers' Office and oversight of a range of financial reporting and audit functions were key responsibilities. Furthermore, Joanna held the position of Senior Vice President, Head of Accounting Policy and Financial Reporting at Cross River, contributing to the company’s growth in fintech. Earlier experience includes a Director role at CrossCountry Consulting, where Joanna co-led a national go-to-market strategy for Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL), and an extensive tenure at PwC, progressing from an intern to a Senior Manager in the National Quality Organization, specializing in banking and capital markets. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lehigh University.
