Kerri Smith

Kerri Smith is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and regulatory matters within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Product Counsel at ONE since January 2023, Kerri previously held the position of Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where responsibilities included overseeing compliance for Consumer Digital Banking from February 2016 to December 2022. Prior to that, Kerri was a Consumer Finance Services Partner at K&L Gates, focusing on federal and state regulatory compliance for mortgage banking clients in both primary and secondary markets. Kerri's legal career began at K&L Gates as a Consumer Financial Services Associate. Kerri holds a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law (2005) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Duke University (1999).
