Grace Woods

Grace Woods is the Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Lead at Oneflow. Grace manages a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for specialized and senior roles. Grace successfully hired full commercial teams in 3 new markets in the EU and achieved a Candidate NPS of +69 in 2022. Previously, Grace worked as a Technical Recruiter, specializing in technical and product roles. Grace redefined the tech recruitment process to improve efficiency for candidates and the hiring team. Prior to their current role, Grace was a Recruitment Consultant at First Achieve, focusing on IT, Tech, and Digital sectors. Grace also worked as a Resource Consultant, helping IT & digital professionals achieve their career goals across the UK. Grace holds a BA Hons in English and Creative Writing from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
