Alysa Delgado

Alysa Delgado is an experienced professional in program development and education, currently serving as the Senior Director of Program Tool Development at OneGoal since March 2023. Prior to this role, Alysa worked as a Curriculum and Training Designer at Project Wayfinder from March 2021 to September 2022. Additionally, from February 2013 to March 2021, Alysa held multiple positions at Summer Search, including Associate Director of Program Design and Site Innovation Pilot Specialist. Alysa's early career includes roles in health education and youth development with Alameda Family Services, as well as positions in educational settings and youth services such as Windsor High School and Downtown Berkeley YMCA. Alysa holds a Master of Arts in Counselor Education from Sonoma State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
