Ivory Duncan

Ivory Duncan is the Senior Director of Post Secondary Leadership Design at OneGoal, starting in May 2023. Prior to this role, Ivory held positions such as Assistant Principal, Director of College, and College Counselor at Noble Schools from August 2017 to July 2022. Ivory also served as the Manager of School & Community Partnerships at Teach For America from November 2015 to 2017. With a background in education and youth development, Ivory has a demonstrated track record of building relationships with community stakeholders, developing curriculum to maximize student knowledge, and implementing evidence-based programs. Ivory holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy from National Louis University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Missouri Western State University.
