Shannon McDougal

Shannon McDougal is the Managing Director of Human Assets and Business Partner at OneGoal, the nation's only teacher-led college persistence organization. Prior to this role, Shannon served as the Senior Director of Human Assets and the Director of Human Assets at the same company. With a background at Huron Consulting Group as the Healthcare Training Manager and Revenue Cycle Manager, Shannon developed strong client relationships and led internal project teams to drive revenue cycle improvements. Shannon also has experience as a teacher at Teach For America. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
