Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at OneGoal is responsible for strategically guiding the organization towards achieving its mission of closing the degree divide in America. Comprising leaders from various functional areas, the team works collaboratively to ensure the implementation of high-quality college and career planning services, manage financial and operational efficiency, foster regional and program development, drive innovation, and cultivate a supportive internal culture. By setting and executing the vision, they enable OneGoal to dramatically increase postsecondary success for students from low-income communities.
