Brennan Johnson, CIH, CSP has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2005, Brennan worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. In 2008, Brennan joined the US EPA as an Environmental Science Intern, where they assisted senior staff in the Underground Injection Control branch. At the University of Illinois at Chicago, from 2008 to 2010, Brennan served as a Graduate Research Assistant, conducting environmental health research and collecting surface water samples.

In 2010, Brennan held the role of Assistant Scientist at Consolidated Safety Services, Inc. / Dynamac DBA CSS-Dynamac, where they assisted in subsurface water sampling in the Gulf of Mexico following the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill. Brennan then transitioned to a Research Associate role at the US EPA from 2010 to 2011, working on Superfund sites characterization and assessment.

From 2011 to 2020, Brennan worked at Weston Solutions, Inc. in various roles. They started as an Associate Project Scientist, responsible for site assessment and emergency response services. They then became an Industrial Hygienist, assessing occupational and environmental health hazards. Later, Brennan took on the role of Regional Environmental Health and Safety Manager, where they wrote safety plans, conducted audits, and provided training.

Most recently, in 2020, Brennan became the Corporate Health and Safety Manager at Oneida ESC Group (OESC). In this role, they oversee health and safety practices within the organization.

Brennan Johnson, CIH, CSP has a strong background in environmental health, safety, and research, with expertise in regulatory compliance, hazard assessment, and emergency response.

Brennan Johnson, CIH, CSP obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science, Policy, and Management from the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities, where they studied from 2005 to 2007. Brennan continued their education at the University of Illinois Chicago from 2008 to 2011, earning a Master of Science degree in Public Health with a focus on Industrial Hygiene. In addition to their educational background, Brennan has also obtained certifications as a Certified Industrial Hygienist from the American Board of Industrial Hygiene in May 2021 and as a Certified Safety Professional from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals in January 2019.
