Gregory Lusardi

SVP, Corporate Development at ONEOK

Greg Lusardi is senior vice president, corporate development, responsible for analyzing mergers and acquisitions, advancing venture capital opportunities and risk activities.

Prior to his most recent role, he served as senior vice president, finance, responsible for accounting, treasury, tax and risk activities. Prior to that role, he was vice president, gas supply, natural gas gathering and processing responsible for all gas supply activities in the Mid-Continent and Rockies.

Lusardi joined ONEOK from J.P. Morgan, where he served as an executive director, energy investment banking, primarily focused on midstream, refining and certain utility clients. Key responsibilities included mergers and acquisitions, capital markets activity and strategic planning. During his career, Lusardi advised on key ONEOK transactions including its acquisition of ONEOK Partners, LP and its separation of ONE Gas, Inc. Prior to entering investment banking, Lusardi worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in a tax consulting group with increasing levels of responsibility before leaving to attend business school.

Lusardi earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Washington and Lee University and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
