Jeff Branz

Jeff Branz has over 30 years of work experience in various HR leadership roles. Jeff has been the VP of Total Rewards at ONEOK since 2023. Before that, they served as the HR Director Total Rewards at ONE Gas from 2016 to 2023. Prior to ONE Gas, they were the HR Director - Total Rewards at WPX Energy from 2012 to 2016. Jeff started their career at Williams Company, where they worked for 20 years as an HR Director responsible for providing leadership and translating business strategy into HR priorities.

Jeff Branz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Oral Roberts University. Jeff later obtained a Master of Science degree in Organization Dynamics from the University of Oklahoma.
