Troy co-founded and served as the Co-CEO of Invenshure, a venture studio company that transforms ideas and inventions into successful businesses through partnerships with renowned institutions. Troy also co-founded and held leadership positions in several other companies, such as 5X5 Aviation Insurance, MEKanistic Therapeutics, GeneMatters, Flywheel.io, Imbio, Tychon Biosciences, Exosite, Oneome, and served as a member of the Board of Trustees at Bethel University. Troy's roles in these companies varied from CEO to board member, and their responsibilities included strategic planning, business development, and product innovation. Troy has a proven track record of successfully launching and managing companies in the healthcare, technology, and aviation industries.

Troy Kopischke completed the Harvard OPM Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School Executive Education from 2021 to 2023, focusing on the field of Business. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Furthermore, Troy also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Bethel University in the period from 1991 to 1995.
