Pranahitha Mallela

Pranahitha Mallela has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Pranahitha is currently working as the Manager of Talent Acquisition & HR at OneOrigin since April 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Human Resources Associate at Cuberootz Foods Pvt Ltd starting from May 2019. In this role, they were responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, employee life management, employee engagement, and policy formulation. From May 2018 to May 2019, Pranahitha worked as a Consultant - Human Resources Executive at SANTRES ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED. Pranahitha started their career at SRK Institute of Technology from September 2015 to February 2018, where they served as an HR Partner and Assistant Professor. Their responsibilities included coordinating campus interviews, conducting mock interviews and group discussions, and assisting with placements.

Pranahitha Mallela completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Acharya Nagarjuna University in 2009-2013. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Visvesvaraya Technological University between 2013 and 2015.
