Melissa Rogers

Melissa Rogers has had a diverse range of roles and experiences throughout their career. Melissa most recently served as the VP of People Operations at OnePeak Medical, where they were responsible for designing and implementing innovative healthcare practices. Prior to that, they held positions as the Human Resources Director and Employee Engagement and Human Resource Manager at OnePeak Medical. Melissa also has experience as a Human Resource Manager at Medford Radiology Group, P.C. and Running Y Ranch Resort, where they oversaw various HR functions and managed a large team of associates. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Lease Renewal Specialist/Assistant Leasing Director at Laramar Group, a Property Manager at Trammell Crow Residential, and a Business Manager at Legacy Partners, where they were recognized as Business Manager of the Year. Overall, Melissa brings extensive HR expertise and a strong track record of success to their current and future endeavors.

Melissa Rogers is currently pursuing their education at Southern Oregon University in the Innovation and Leadership Program, which they began in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2024. Melissa previously attended Southern Oregon University from 1989 to 1991, focusing on Psychology. Additionally, in 1990, they briefly studied Psychology at The University of Texas at Arlington. Melissa has also obtained various certifications, including Microsoft Excel from Microsoft in December 2021, a Team Leadership and Collaboration Micro-Credential from Southern Oregon University in May 2021, and an Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in March 2019.
