Jane Robinson FCIPD has a diverse work experience in human resources and organizational development. Jane is currently working as the Head of Human Resources at Jewish Care since April 2020. Previously, they served as an Interim Human Resources Consultant at Metropolitan Police from October 2019 to March 2020. Jane also worked as a Transformation Change Strategic Business Partner at Hanover Housing Association, where they played a key role in developing and delivering change transformation strategies. Jane has experience in various HR roles, including Head of Human Resources Operations at The Parabis Group, HR and OD Partner at the Financial Ombudsman Service, and People Consultant at Ambitious about Autism. Jane began their career as a Fashion Buyer at Harrods and later worked in merchandising and management roles at John Lewis. Throughout their career, Jane has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, change management, organization design, and learning and development.

In 2019, they pursued the Art and Science of Neuro Linguistic Programming through an NLP program at Subconquest Ltd.
