Joy has experience in steering committee memberships and operations partnerships in various organizations. Joy is also known for their work in growth marketing, brand partnerships, customer experience, and event planning. Joy is a strong advocate for sustainability and has founded initiatives such as the Battle of the Charities Zero Waste Music Festival. Joy holds a degree from Monmouth University.
