Roger Ballester Claret is currently working at ONERA as a PhD Aeroelasticity engineer focusing on the reliability-based optimization of aeronautical composite structures under aeroelastic constraints. Before this, Roger completed internships at Safran Aircraft Engines and HP. Roger has also worked as a Continuum Mechanics and Rigid Body Dynamics Lecturer at ASES Academia. Roger holds a PhD in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from Université Paris-Saclay, a Master's in Aeronautical Engineering from Centrale Nantes, and a Master's in Industrial Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
