Cate Waters (She/Her)

Cate Waters has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Cate started their career at Ferguson Enterprises as an Inside Sales representative, focusing on quotation/estimation for the Baltimore region. From there, they moved on to Blackbaud, where they served as a Non-Profit CRM Account Executive, providing cloud software and services to the social good community.

Cate then transitioned to Equifax Workforce Solutions, where they held two roles. Initially, they were an Enterprise Business Development Consultant, responsible for lead generation and sales opportunities. Later, they became an Account Executive in the Workforce Analytics Division, specializing in ACA compliance and data analytics for healthcare, restaurant, and emerging market vertical employers.

Following their time at Equifax, Cate became an Account Executive at Doxly, Inc., a company acquired by Litera Systems. Here, they led sales initiatives to transform the managing legal transactions process using cloud technology.

Cate then joined Oracle as an Account Executive for the Customer Experience Suite, focusing on building modern customer experiences on a unified platform. After Oracle, they joined Optimizely as an Enterprise Account Executive for the Southeast Region, specializing in digital experience optimization and personalization.

Most recently, Cate has started working at OneReach.ai as an Enterprise Account Executive. The company aims to enable conversational AI adoption by providing a platform for creating great experiences without coding.

Throughout their career, Cate has demonstrated expertise in sales, account management, lead generation, and strategic partnerships.

Cate Waters pursued their undergraduate education at Virginia Tech, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from 2002 to 2005. Following this, they furthered their studies at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, where they completed their Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Marketing from 2009 to 2011.
