Jovian Chen has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Jovian began their career as a Consultant for the Berkeley Business Society, followed by a Global Customer Support & Operations Intern at Autodesk. In 2015, they held a Project Manager role at Edison's Co, and a Business Development role at FullDive VR. That same year, they also began working as an Executive Director for The Phoenix Scholars. In 2016, they joined SapientRazorfish as a Program Manager. In 2018, they began working at Affinity.co, where they held roles as a Strategic Customer Success Manager, a Customer Success Manager, and a Manager of the Customer Success Onboarding Team. In 2020, they became a Venture Fellow at Strawberry Creek Ventures. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Hustle Fund as an Angel Squad Member. Currently, they are a Senior Customer Success Manager at OneSchema.

Jovian Chen attended Chaminade College Preparatory High School from 2008 to 2012. Jovian then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley from 2012 to 2016. In 2017, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Agile Alliance.
