Anisha Fernandes

Anisha Fernandes is an experienced HR professional who has held various roles in different organizations. Anisha started their career in 2017 as a Human Resources Intern at JSW Steel and then worked as a Human Resources Intern at Hotel Supreme Goa in 2018. In 2019, Anisha joined Zorg Inc. as a Sr. Human Resource Associate, where they played a key role as an HR Recruiter and was responsible for designing and updating job descriptions. Anisha then worked as a Human Resources Executive at Joanes P & company from 2020 to 2021, where they focused on improving and implementing recruitment strategies and handling administrative work. Anisha then moved on to JSA Communications in 2021 as a Senior Human Resources Executive, where they handled end-to-end recruitment and the daily operations of the HR department. From 2022 to 2023, Anisha worked at Plan3Media as a Senior HR and Admin Executive, where they assisted in managing HR concerns, recruitment, training, and maintaining relationships with HR staff. Currently, they are working at OneScreen.AI as an HR and People Operation Specialist, overseeing HR operations, administering employee benefits programs, and ensuring timely payroll. Anisha Fernandes completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Dempo Charities Trusts S.S. Dempo College of Commerce & Economics Altinho between 2017 and 2019. Anisha then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in human resource management from Xaviers Institute of Business Management Studies, where they studied from 2020 to 2022.
