Dulguun Batmunkh

Dulguun Batmunkh currently serves as the Global Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning Coordinator at OneSky, overseeing strategic initiatives to enhance program effectiveness across Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Mongolia. Previous experiences include coaching caregivers at the Stanford Center on Early Childhood, conducting research as an Experiential Learning Graduate Assistant at Stanford University, and developing a preschool education program at Raising Superstars. Dulguun has a strong background in development cooperation, having worked as a Development Cooperation Officer at the German Embassy in Ulaanbaatar, where significant intergovernmental agreements were established. Additionally, Dulguun held the role of Program Manager at the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and consulted for World Vision on youth empowerment initiatives. Dulguun holds a Master's degree in International Policy and Development from Stanford University, along with an MBA from the University of Finance and Economics and an Academic Exchange Fellowship from Diplomatische Akademie Wien.
