Jim Adams

Jim Adams has a diverse work experience that includes executive roles in payroll services, account management, and financial operations. In their most recent position at OneSource Virtual, they directed all operations related to payroll, payroll tax, and garnishments outsourcing services. During their tenure, they significantly grew the Payroll Services Department and increased the value of payrolls and taxes processed. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Account Manager at MasterTax LLC, where they maintained and grew business relationships with existing customers. Jim also played a key role in strategic implementation, integration planning consulting, and on-site execution for the customer base. Earlier in their career, Adams held various executive positions at Federal Liaison Services, including COO and Chief Financial Officer. In these roles, they successfully restructured the company's financial operations and improved relationships between accounting and other company groups.

Jim Adams completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from New Mexico State University. Jim attended this institution from 1970 to 1975. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance from the University of North Texas, studying from 1986 to 1988.
