Myra Nunez has a vast range of work experience in the customer service industry. Myra started their career at American Airlines as a Reservation Sales Representative in 1987. Myra later transitioned to a role as an Operations Specialist, where they managed call volume and manpower requirements for a 2400-seat call center.

Myra then became a Shift Coordinator at American Airlines, responsible for managing the daily resource management performance of the airline's largest reservation office. Myra ensured proper staffing and provided staffing requirements and call volume forecasts for various departments within the call center.

In 2002, Myra joined Capgemini/TXU Energy as a Senior Workforce Manager. Myra managed multiple worldwide call centers and handled workforce planning, staffing, and performance management.

Before joining Sutherland Global Services as a Senior Director of Cloud Source Operations, Myra worked at Prime Therapeutics as a Manager of Member Services, leading various teams to provide high-quality customer service.

Myra'smost recent role is as the Director of Contact Center at OneSource Virtual, where they are responsible for determining operational strategies, maintaining and improving call center and benefit services performance, monitoring technology, and managing process improvement projects.

Throughout their career, Myra has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, operational efficiency, and a focus on meeting and exceeding key performance indicators.

Myra Nunez completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix between 2005 and 2007. Myra then pursued an MBA in Executive Business from Texas Woman's University from 2009 to 2012.
