Pablo Matos is an experienced Head of UX – Design & User Research at OneSpan, providing strategic direction for the UX team in alignment with overall business goals. Pablo has a background in conducting user research online and in the field, defining key design success metrics, and evaluating design performance in various roles. In addition, Pablo has contributed to the design of service platforms, arts funding programs, and immersive experiences in their career. Pablo holds a Master of Arts in Interaction Design.
