Prerna Harchandani

Prerna Harchandani has a diverse work experience spanning from 2019 to 2023. Prerna began their career as an Industrial Trainee at Hilton Jaipur, where they gained experience in all core hotel departments and received multiple accolades for their outstanding performance. Prerna later worked as a Guest Service Agent at Hilton goa, where they provided excellent service to guests and was knowledgeable about emergency procedures. Prerna then joined The Gateway Resort Damdama Lake Gurgaon as a Front Office Associate, where they handled petty cash, negotiated with vendors, and performed administrative duties. Prerna further honed their skills at WCube, starting as a Category Sourcing Executive and later progressing to the role of Assistant Category Manager. Their responsibilities included sourcing and category management strategies, negotiation, and competitive analysis. Currently, they hold the position of Manager- Alliance & Partnership at OneStack.

Prerna Harchandani completed their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Amity University Rajasthan, Jaipur, where they studied from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended Demonstration Multipurpose School in Ajmer from 2006 to 2017, earning their High School degree with a focus on Business/Commerce, General.

In addition to their formal education, Prerna also obtained several certifications. In October 2022, they obtained certifications in Balanced Scorecard and Key Performance Indicators, Business Innovation Foundations, Create a Brand Strategy, and Excel Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365) from LinkedIn. In September 2022, they completed the certification course "Nano Tips for Communicating with Confidence with Selena Rezvani," also from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in July 2021, they obtained a certification in Human Resources Foundations from LinkedIn.
