Darragh McGonigle

Darragh McGonigle has a diverse range of work experience. Darragh started their professional career at the Irish Planning Institute, where they served as a Board Member from 2009 to 2013. During this time, they managed P&L and revenue generation, as well as presented financial results to shareholders.

From 2006 to 2013, McGonigle worked at Avison Young as a Principal Consultant. Darragh reported to the Managing Director and was responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy. Darragh also served as the Marketing and PR Lead, managing government policy submissions on behalf of clients and leveraging conferences and networking for business expansion.

In 2013, McGonigle joined Aramark as the Head of Sales Operations for Northern Europe. Darragh reported to the Sales Director and led a team of 13 across Ireland and the UK. In addition to overseeing sales operations, they served as the Sales Director Designate for key activities and reported to the CEO.

Starting in 2016, McGonigle took on the role of Finance Director for the MBA Association of Ireland (MBAAI) on a voluntary basis. Darragh was responsible for P&L management, revenue generation, corporate governance, and member retention.

In 2016, McGonigle also became an Associate Lecturer in International Business at the Institute of Technology, Carlow. Darragh held this role until 2019.

Most recently, McGonigle joined Oneview Healthcare in 2018 as the Commercial Director. Darragh reported to the CEO and led a commercial team across Ireland, North America, and Australia. Their responsibilities included customer P&L management, sales, legal matters, product pricing, supply chain management, and customer contracting. Darragh was also a member of the Executive Leadership team, contributing to strategic direction.

Darragh McGonigle completed a Leaving Certificate at Loreto Community School Milford. Later, they pursued a BA in Computer Science at University College Dublin from 2001 to 2004. They then pursued a Masters of Regional and Urban Planning at University College Dublin from 2004 to 2006. Afterwards, they obtained a Diploma in Project Management from the Institute of Project Management in 2011 and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business at Technological University Dublin from 2012 to 2014.
