Joanne Coles

Joanne oversees the information technology needs at Onex. The team focus is on the management, strategy, and execution of IT infrastructure and applications while delivering key services to the business.

Prior to joining Onex, Joanne spent eight years at CIBC as the Senior Director of INTRIA Technology, and the Vice President of Financial Crimes & Enterprise Risk Technology. Previously, she held various IT roles at Johnson & Johnson supporting multiple business units. Her leadership has consistently enabled high focus on operational excellence and delivery of strategically impactful solutions.
