Lizzie Laundy

Lizzie Laundy has a diverse work experience with a focus on user research and strategy. Lizzie is currently working as the Director of User Research at Onfido since March 2019, where they are responsible for implementing a human-centered design process and bringing customer empathy to cross-functional teams. Prior to this, they worked as a Freelance User Researcher at The Flying Collective from March 2017 to March 2019. Lizzie also has experience as a Senior Director at LRWTonic from April 2014 to March 2017 and as a Senior Strategist at Labrador Agency Inc. from October 2012 to April 2014. Lizzie started their career as a Research Intern at Design Concepts from June 2006 to August 2006 and later worked as an Associate at Conifer Research from September 2008 to February 2012. Lizzie also worked as a Strategist at Think Conservatory from February 2012 to October 2012.

Lizzie Laundy attended Brown University from 2004 to 2008, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology. In 2007, they also participated in a study abroad program at UCL, although it is not mentioned whether they obtained a degree from this institution.
