Martynas Mieldažys has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

Martynas started their professional career as a Co-Founder of MMB ProudAccessories in 2016, where they developed an idea from early concepts and managed a team. Martynas also negotiated with suppliers and maintained communication with them throughout the business lifetime.

In 2017, Martynas worked as an Event Assistant at Propeleriai, gaining experience in event coordination and support.

The following year, they interned as a Sales Intern at UAB Vilrufas, where they worked closely with business development representatives and assisted in ad hoc tasks assigned by managers. Martynas also conducted research on prospective new accounts and effectively resolved customer complaints.

In 2019, Martynas took on the role of Cook at Shepherd Neame Ltd for a brief period before transitioning to Vetted (formerly Lustre) as a Quality Assurance Analyst. Martynas'sresponsibilities included researching and adding consumer products to the company's database. As they gained experience, they started working closely with the product quality assurance department, preparing datasets for a neural network and analyzing the output. Martynas also set up a forecasting system for the data entry output as the Quality Assurance Lead.

Martynas joined Onfido in 2021 as a Product Operations Manager, responsible for assessing the authenticity of users' government-issued IDs through AI-based technology. Later, they transferred to the Growth department as a Senior Data Analyst. In this role, they analyzed customer behavior and performance data, identified trends and patterns, and provided valuable insights to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. Martynas collaborated closely with business clients, utilizing Looker and SQL to derive insights that informed business decisions for both clients and internal teams.

Martynas Mieldažys pursued their education at Bayes Business School from 2018 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business with Finance.
