Samira Raj has a diverse work experience spanning over several years.

samira started their career at Sparkler in 2007 as a Consultant, where they worked on accounts involving behavioral economics and culture for clients such as BBC and Channel 4. samira also helped set up and manage a digital community-based offering that forecasted trends in technology and media habits.

In 2010, Samira joined Future Foundation as a Global Analyst, where they set up and monetized an in-house spotter network and assisted with the global rollout of their in-house trend forecasting services.

From 2011 to 2014, Samira was a Founding Director at CrayonWorks, where they conceptualized and built two technology platforms for delivering bespoke consulting. The company was eventually acquired by a leading boutique consultancy.

In 2014, Samira became the Growth Marketing Manager at Xendpay.com, where they were responsible for all areas of product, marketing, and customer acquisition. samira successfully re-launched Xendpay as the world's first "Pay What You Want" service and achieved significant growth in transactional volumes.

Samira joined Jeremy for Labour Leader in 2016 as the Head of Digital Strategy. In this role, they oversaw digital operations, social and search advertising, and utilized data to amplify targeted messages for Jeremy Corbyn's successful bid for Labour Party leadership.

In 2016, Samira also joined Avvio.com as a Product Manager and later became the Product Lead for Allora, an artificial intelligence-powered direct booking platform.

In 2018, Samira joined Hazy as a Product Lead, where they worked until 2019.

From 2019 to 2022, Samira worked at Privitar as a Product Manager, focusing on accelerating safe data utilization with data-centric privacy.

Currently, Samira is employed at Onfido. samira started as a Senior Product Manager for Digital ID in 2022 and was later promoted to the Director of Digital ID. In 2023, they assumed the role of Head of Product - Airside.

Samira Raj has a diverse educational background. samira pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Social Research Methods, specializing in Statistics and Social Psychology, from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Subsequently, in 2015, they attended General Assembly, where they obtained a certification in Data Analytics with a focus on Business Analysis. Additionally, in 2017, Samira participated in the Machine Learning Academy at UCL, further enhancing their skills in this field.
