Strategic Customer Success Manager (csm) at Onfido

Yannick Stacey has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Yannick currently serves as the Strategic Customer Success Manager (CSM) - EMEA at Onfido since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior / Enterprise Customer Success Manager (CSM) - EMEA from August 2019 to April 2022.

Before joining Onfido, Yannick worked at InVision as an Enterprise Account Executive (AE), France from June 2018 to December 2018. In 2017, they took a break and traveled.

From May 2016 to September 2017, Yannick worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) - Agile Central (formerly Rally) - EMEA at CA Technologies. Yannick was responsible for managing account relationships, adoption, success, growth, and renewal in the region. During their tenure, they successfully retained and grew all high-touch accounts post-acquisition and established CSM tools and metrics for the EMEA business.

Before that, they served as a Solution Account Manager (AM) (Project & Portfolio Management solution) - UK and Ireland at CA Technologies from February 2015 to May 2016. In this role, they managed high-value accounts and obtained new logos in the UK & Ireland, overseeing complex sales cycles alongside various stakeholders.

Yannick's earlier experience includes working at Corel Corporation as a Mindjet - Corporate Account Manager - UK and Ireland from January 2013 to February 2015. During this time, they achieved significant revenue growth in their segment, secured case study commitments from major clients, and earned the President's Club recognition. Yannick also held positions as a Mindjet - Corporate Sales Representative, New Business - UK and Ireland, and Mindjet - SDR - EMEA.

Prior to their roles at Corel Corporation, Yannick worked as a Customer Service Team Lead at Eyecare International from February 2009 to March 2010. Yannick also gained valuable experience with an HQ Student Internship at Toyota Motor Europe, where they contributed to research projects on green/eco engineering initiatives from June 2007 to September 2007.

Yannick Stacey completed a Bachelor's degree at the University of Leeds from 2004 to 2008. In 2006-2007, Yannick participated in an Erasmus program at Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III. Yannick also attended Lycée Français Charles de Gaulle de Londres for A-levels, although the specific start and end years are not provided.

Recently, Yannick obtained additional certifications including the Gainsight NXT End User Certification from Gainsight in February 2023, Technical Team Leadership from the University of Oxford, Department for Continuing Education in January 2023, and SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in July 2017.
