Arko Ghosh

Arko Ghosh has extensive work experience in the field of Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS). Arko is currently working as the Head of EHS, ESG, and Fire at ONGC Tripura Power Company Ltd, where they oversee the ESG, HSE, and fire management for a gas-based power plant. Prior to this, Arko worked as the Environment, Health, and Safety Manager at BECIS - Commercial Industrial Solutions from 2020 to 2022. Arko was responsible for managing EHS practices and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Before joining BECIS, Arko served as the Safety Manager at Sunshot Technologies from 2018 to 2020, where they implemented safety protocols and procedures. Arko also worked as the Deputy Manager EHS at Evolve Technologies and Services (P) LTD. from 2016 to 2018, focusing on EHS management.

Arko's earlier experience includes working as an EHS Executive at Indus Towers Limited from 2013 to 2016, where they were involved in maintaining safety standards. Arko started their career as a Trainee at S.B Construction in 2013. Arko Ghosh's work experience demonstrates their expertise in EHS management and their commitment to ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.

Arko Ghosh has an extensive education history in various fields. Starting in 2021, they pursued a postgraduate degree in Environmental Science at the National Law University in Delhi. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, Arko completed a degree in Industrial Safety (ADIS) at the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education. In 2015 to 2016, they obtained a post-graduate diploma in Industrial Safety & Fire from Annamalai University. During their undergraduate studies, from 2009 to 2013, Arko earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical Engineering from Narula Institute of Technology.

In terms of certifications, Arko has acquired several credentials. Arko obtained an IOSH certification in Fire Prevention and Safety Technology/Technician from the British Council. Arko also holds certifications in First Aid (from First Aid for free), HABC Level 2 (from HABC), NEBOSH IGC (from NEBOSH), Post Graduate Diploma in Fire & Safety (from Annamalai University), Six Sigma White Belt Certification (from Aveta Business Institute), and Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification (from 6SIGMAstudy - The global certification body for Six Sigma certifications).
