Andrew Dekelaita

Andrew DeKelaita has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Andrew is currently the Director of Software Engineering at ONI since November 2021. Prior to this, they held various positions at Itamar Medical, including Head of Research and Development (RPM Division) from August 2021 to November 2021, Head of Firmware and Software (RPM Division) from January 2021 to August 2021.

Before joining Itamar Medical, Andrew worked at Spry Health from August 2018 to January 2021. Andrew was the Head of Software, playing a crucial role in building the engineering team and leading all engineering activities. Andrew successfully developed and launched a medical-grade wearable device and cloud infrastructure. During the acquisition process of Spry Health by Itamar Medical, Andrew took on a lead role in technical discussions.

Prior to Spry Health, Andrew worked at Nikon Research Corporation of America as a Senior Software Engineer from November 2015 to September 2016, and as a Software Engineer from October 2012 to November 2015. Andrew also worked as a Software Engineer at Agilent Technologies from October 2011 to September 2012, and as a Digital Signal Processing Engineer at Applied Signal Technology from March 2008 to October 2011.

Andrew DeKelaita obtained their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo in 2006. Andrew then went on to pursue a Master's degree in the same field from the same institution, completing it in 2007.
