Alina Kisenko

Head of Customer Experience Management at Onilab

Alina Kisenko has worked in the software development industry since 2015. Alina began their career at OCSICO as a Marketing Assistant, where they were responsible for analyzing the modern software development market, creating a customer base, and communicating with potential customers. In 2017, they joined Onilab LLC as the Head of Customer Experience Management, where they improved customer service experience, created engaged customers, and facilitated growth. Additionally, they took ownership of customers' issues and followed problems through to resolution. In the same year, they also assumed the role of Account Manager, where they built and maintained strong, long-lasting customer relationships based on trust and respect, and oversaw customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements and providing successful delivery of the company's solutions according to customer needs.

Alina Kisenko is currently enrolled in Belarusian State Economic University, where they are studying Communicative technologies in business.
