Leah Landis

Leah Landis serves as the Director of Talent Development and Employee Experience at Onit since September 2024, where responsibilities include creating a global talent development environment that fosters a strong employee culture. Prior to this role, Leah held the position of Senior Leader of Talent Development at Paycor from March 2018 to September 2024, emphasizing the strategic alignment of talent development initiatives with organizational goals. Leah holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Education and English Communication from Miami University.
