Yasmin L'Estrange

Yasmin L'Estrange has a diverse background in human resources, with experience in various roles and industries. Yasmin is currently working as the Director of Human Resources at Ocwen Financial Corporation in the US. Prior to this, they worked at Citi, where they held the positions of Senior Vice President - Senior HR Advisor and Vice President - Senior HR Advisor, supporting the Corporate Bank and Global Subsidiaries Group. Before that, they worked at Vodafone Australia as an HR Manager and National Retail & Reward Consultant, providing HR support for the Retail Sales Channel and leading the reward strategy. Yasmin also worked as an HR Consultant and Senior HR Coordinator at Vodafone, handling various HR functions. Earlier in their career, Yasmin worked at Witchery Fashions Pty Ltd as a Retail Sales Consultant & Sunday Manager, and at Michael Page Australia as a Recruitment Consultant, specializing in accounting and finance.

Yasmin L'Estrange began their education at the University of Sydney in 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a focus on Sociology. Following this, from 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources & Industrial Relations Management at the same institution. Yasmin furthered their education by attending Columbia Business School from 2017 to 2019, where they achieved an Executive Master of Business Administration (Honors) degree with a specialization in Finance and Management.
